Group sessions

We deliver a 12-week course of therapeutic activity sessions, tailored to each participant's preferences and requirements. From engaging activities like musical bingo to therapeutic workshops in clay, crafts, sensory stimulation, and reminiscence. We provide a diverse range of sessions aimed at promoting wellbeing and social engagement.

Our aim

By the end of the 12 weeks, our aim is not only to identify activities that resonate with the individual but also to provide them and their carers / family members with strategies for continued support at home. We provide a comprehensive report with recommendations for ongoing support, community engagement, and accessibility modifications.
